THANK YOU

If you haven't already there is still time to enter our Nutty Nutshells Challenge over at our Nutshells blog. We have a theme of creating a Thank you / Thankful card this time which has tied in perfectly for last weeks Thanksgiving celebrations. Myself and Colette we very Thankful to have been invited to our friend Gillian's house over weekend to celebrate Thanksgiving. Gillian Hails from California, and celebrated with her family and friends in Manchester with the BIGGEST turkey I have ever seen!
My card for the challenge is made with one of the Prizes up for grabs: Tea for Two stamp.

I have made the image into a little pocket to hold a couple of tea bags which I thought looked good with the theme of the card.

The challenge closes tomorrow night, so if you are quick you can still be in with a chance to win the prize below, just head over to our Nutshells blog where you can see some great examples from our DT.

Thanks for stopping by, Katie.

BIRTHDAY BOY

After a few weeks of camera woes, I have managed to take a few pic's of cards I have been making. I am really pleased at long last to have made a male card that I love and am certain I will create again! I always find them so difficult, especially for those men who have no hobbies or interests. The Greeting Farm 'My Guy Ian' set came to my rescue though and with the set being crammed full of sentiments to accompany the images, it covers all sorts of occasions.
Image and Sentiment : My Guy Ian
Papers: Trio of Trios Carousel Collection and scraps from stash
Embellishments: Prima E 'Pearls and Crystals Mornings' and Ribbon from stash

PINK SUCCESS

This is my first blog post since I got back from my holiday and I seem to have forgotten the way of blogging... Eeeek!!! I am sure I will pick it up again soon enough though. I have returned to wonderful news that I wanted to share with everyone, as it's down to you that it has been achieved! Our very First Digital download set 'Pink Frosting' has been selling really well, and I am thrilled to announce that in our first month of selling this set we have raised £50.00 for Breast Cancer Awareness. Thank you to everyone who has helped us reach this amount by buying the set and we hope to continue along these lines.

Website Word Candy!

Hi,
With Katie busy catching some sun at the moment, I decided it was time to get busy, spuce up the Nutcrafters website and make it a little more interactive - but I need your help. So, here goes!
If you write a review for any product we sell at http://www.nutcrafters.com/ (it doesn't have to be Nutshells!) then you will automatically be entered into a draw for the following candy - High Hopes Follow the Stars, Merry Christmas, Think Snow and your choice of Nutshells stamp.

The reviews don't have to be long, I just thought that it would be fun to see what you all think of the products we stock - which are your favourites? Writing a review couldn't be simplier, just log on to your account at http://www.nutcrafters.com/ , find the product you want to review, click review and type away! The more reviews you write, the more times you get entered into the draw!

The winner will be announced on 1st November - leaving plenty of time to make all those Christmas cards!
Happy reviewing!
Colette (and Katie!)
